Confirmed role details
- £29,525.97 (FTE) Per annum (Pro rata) depending on experience.
- A strong commitment to child safeguarding and maintaining high-quality standards, working in partnership with Ofsted, is essential.
- This is a full-time role (37.5 hours/week) involving shift work (on a 2-week rota), alternate weekends, and on-call duties, requiring flexibility to ensure the home operates smooth.
- Direct Child Support: Provide compassionate support to children and young people in their daily activities, ensuring their safety, stability, and well-being within their routines.
