Role Overview

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced MRICS qualified Real Estate Surveyor to join our Corporate Real Estate team, within our Occupier Services division in either our Peterborough or Birmingham offices.

This is a strategic role managing a diverse range of commercial properties for our clients, focusing on maintaining strong, long-term relationships through effective estate management and strategic advisory of assets. Working with diverse corporate occupier clients across their UK, and international portfolios.

Team Overview

The entire focus of our global team is to advise clients who occupy property but who are not in the property business, combining our skills and our corporate knowledge to deliver results. We operate at a number of different levels, from providing a full outsourced real estate function for some clients, to single or multiple service lines or bespoke consultancy for others. Over 600 specialists operate in our global teams, with many of our senior consultants having spent significant time working client-side for some of the world’s largest and most entrepreneurial occupier businesses.

Recruitment agencies
