Senior Surveyor focuses on provide agency and professional advice across industrial and logistics assets, including acquisitions, disposals and lettings.
What the role involves
- Provide agency and professional advice across industrial and logistics assets, including acquisitions, disposals and lettings.
- Act as a day-to-day lead on instructions, managing transactions through to completion.
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, investors and occupiers.
- Preparing marketing strategies, fee proposals, reports and client presentations.
- Supporting business development initiatives and identify new fee‑earning opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Colliers’ wider UK platform, including Capital Markets, Building Consultancy and Occupier Services.
Skills and requirements
- Proven experience working within industrial and logistics real estate.
- Strong track record in agency and/or lease advisory.
- Manage and grow client relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple instructions effectively.
