Senior Surveyor focuses on provide agency and professional advice across industrial and logistics assets, including acquisitions, disposals and lettings.

What the role involves

• Provide agency and professional advice across industrial and logistics assets, including acquisitions, disposals and lettings.
• Act as a day-to-day lead on instructions, managing transactions through to completion.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, investors and occupiers.
• Preparing marketing strategies, fee proposals, reports and client presentations.
• Supporting business development initiatives and identify new fee‑earning opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Colliers’ wider UK platform, including Capital Markets, Building Consultancy and Occupier Services.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience working within industrial and logistics real estate.
• Strong track record in agency and/or lease advisory.
• Manage and grow client relationships.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple instructions effectively.
