Senior System Engineer

Senior System Engineer focuses on deliver systems engineering work packages across the project lifecycle.

What the role involves

• Deliver Systems Engineering work packages across the project lifecycle.
• Review technical documentation in line with programme schedules.
• Deliver key design reviews.
• Managing technical aspects of suppliers, ensuring alignment with requirements.
• Review technical documentation from customers and suppliers, providing challenge and assurance.
• Integrate effectively with Hardware, Mechanical, Software, V&V, ILS, Cybersecurity and Safety teams.

Skills and requirements

• Degree in Systems, Software, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in systems engineering within a highly regulated environment i.e. defence, aerospace, automotive ect.
• Design, integration, acceptance and analysis.
• Knowledge of control systems, PLC/SCADA and operational technology.
