Senior System Engineer focuses on provide daily technical support for all prepress workstations, software, and production tools.

What the role involves

• Provide daily technical support for all prepress workstations, software, and production tools.
• Monitor, and escalate issues related to prepress applications, including Adobe Creative Suite, PitStop, GMG, etc.
• Troubleshoot file sync issues with LucidLink and Adobe integrations.
• Handling L1 support tasks, including access provisioning, role assignments.
• Assisting with user requests, job setup issues, and workflow bottlenecks.
• Supporting rollouts of new technology and conduct user training sessions.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.
