Senior Systems Business Analyst focuses on leading triage and investigation of p1–p3 incidents and service requests within the client’s ticketing system, clarifying scope, urgency, and business impact.

What the role involves

• Leading triage and investigation of P1–P3 incidents and service requests within the client’s ticketing system, clarifying scope, urgency, and business impact.
• Work closely with Ingres, Unix/AIX, SQL, scripts, and batch processes to understand current behaviour, constraints, and change impacts.

Skills and requirements

• Support analysis of C programs with embedded SQL to trace issues, define fixes, and confirm expected outcomes.
• Review and document current end-to-end processes (business and operational), identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted client advisor, shaping options and recommendations within system constraints and business priorities.
• Lead requirement workshops and key decisions with senior stakeholders.
