Opportunity to work on nationally significant developments. £65K–£85K + car allowance + package.

Review and sign off S38/S104 agreements, infrastructure planning and technical designs. Managing consultant teams and coordinate with development, QS and PM teams. Leading site-wide infrastructure strategy (highways, drainage, earthworks, utilities).

Strong professional approach. Confident navigating statutory processes and legal agreements.
What is expected
- 15+ years’ experience in residential infrastructure or strategic land projects.
- Strong technical background: highways, drainage, earthworks, utilities, transportation.
- Good understanding of environmental inputs (ecology, archaeology, landscape).
