Senior Technician focuses on produce fully coordinated 3d models, general arrangements and detailed drawings to required standards.

What the role involves

• Produce fully coordinated 3D models, general arrangements and detailed drawings to required standards.
• Ensure high-quality, accurate outputs in line with internal and client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary design teams to deliver safe, efficient, buildable solutions.
• Communicate effectively with other technicians, consultants and stakeholders.
• Provide technical mentoring.
• Checking and verify your own work and that of junior colleagues in line with QA procedures.

Skills and requirements

• Have significant experience in generating high-quality, accurate and detailed design packages.
• Fully proficient in 3D Revit.
• Can demonstrate extensive experience of producing RIBA Stage 4 details.
• Experience working in complex environments such as custodial, life sciences, power or defence sectors.
