We are seeking a Senior Therapeutic EBD Support Worker to work in a 3 bed home located on the beautiful outskirts of Wolverhampton. As a Senior Therapeutic EBD Support Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring the children receive high-quality support.

Practical details

• Delegate responsibilities effectively, providing clear direction and support to your team.
• Contribute to the care plans and risk assessments for each child, making sure information stays up-to-date and maintained.
• Support children in building independence through life skill development and positive daily routines.
• Support and de-escalate any behaviours that challenge, and understand the reasons for them.
