Senior Treasury Operations Analyst

The Senior Treasury Operations Analyst position centres on providing supporting documentation and data to the Corporate Accounting Team, External and Internal auditors for accounts under Global Treasury responsibility. It would suit someone who can bring strong customer service skills, effectively managing internal relationships while maintaining service level agreements to the role.

Who the work supports

Acting as business support partner, coordinate the issuance of Parental and Bank guarantees whenever needed, and track these guarantees in our TMS. A minimum of 5 years of treasury operations experience in an international corporation.

How support shows up

Provide supporting documentation and data to the Corporate Accounting Team, External and Internal auditors for accounts under Global Treasury responsibility. Leading investment account opening, management, and closing processes, including central KYC handling, and regular physical signors’ updates. Overseeing punctually the monthly intercompany netting cycle.

What needs to be in place

• Ability to forge strong partnerships across functions.
• Technical expertise in cash management services and solutions. Experience with ION tools considered as a plus.
• Affinity for technology and a strong focus on automation. Proven experience with the use of Power Query, and Power BI considered as a must.
