Senior Urban Designer focuses on a deep interest and curiosity in the process of designing and planning sustainable and vibrant urban environments.

What the role involves

• A deep interest and curiosity in the process of designing and planning sustainable and vibrant urban environments.
• Confidence in presenting to coordinating and liaising with clients and consultants.
• Act as the lead for assigned masterplanning and urban design projects, managing both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of commissions from concept th.
• Design independently and as part of a wider team, understanding the full complexities of the urban design process requiring to integrate transport, economics, infrastructure, envir.
• Champion of Benoy’s values and contribution to a collaborative environment in which innovation is encouraged and best practice shared.
• Build a network across the business and seek leadership opportunities by directing and supporting junior team members.

Skills and requirements

• A creative professional with 8-10 years post qualification experience and strong collaborative ethos to join our Masterplanning and Urban Design team.
• Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture or Landscape Architecture and an MA in Urban Design (or equivalent).
• Project experience across the UK, Middle East, The Americas, Asia and Africa.

Confirmed role details
