What the role involves

• Assist with the management of Leicestershire Polices Vehicle Removal Scheme.
• Assisting with the release and/or disposal of all recovered vehicles, managing the disposal of vehicles by auction when appropriate.
• Represent the Force in relation to Vehicle Recovery at National and Regional levels.
• Help with the development with Vehicle Recovery work systems and processing procedures.
• Liaise with contractors, police officers, insurance companies and all other interested and third parties.
• Experience of administrative duties such as invoicing, accounting.

Confirmed role details

• The Vehicle Fleet Team are looking to recruit a Senior Vehicle Removal Assistant on a full-time permanent basis.
• For Part Time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
