You possess a "diagnostic brain" and take pride in solving complex electrical and mechanical faults. We are a VAG Specialist (Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Skoda) with over 20 years of history.

Handling site-by-site responsibilities with consistency and care. Future Tech: Working across modern petrol, diesel, Hybrid, and EV systems. Technical Leadership: Handling complex servicing, major mechanical repairs, and deep-level diagnostics.

Requirements

• You are a Senior Car Mechanic or Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) with significant workshop experience.
• Experience with VAG brands is highly desirable, but your overall technical authority is what matters.
• You hold a Full UK Driving Licence.

Job details

• Earnings: £55,000 OTE via an uncapped monthly performance bonus.
• Monday – Friday only (Enjoy every weekend off).
• Full VAG manufacturer training and Hybrid/EV certifications provided.
• £45,000 Basic (Depending on experience and qualifications).
