- Be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and friendly advice on vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Coordinating service bookings, ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, and the workshop team.
- Preparing accurate quotes, invoices, and service plans, keeping customers informed every step of the way.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is exceptional.
- Work closely with the workshop and parts teams to keep operations running seamlessly and efficiently.
- Driving customer satisfaction and contribute to the dealership’s reputation for excellence.
Skills and requirements
- Customer service, call centre, administration, CRM, or complaint-handling experience may be useful.
Confirmed role details
- £32,000 (based on experience) + £2,000 annual performance-driven bonus.
- Monday to Friday (2 weeks 07:00-17:00, 1 week 09:00-19:00) + 1 in 3 Saturdays (08:00-12:00).
