Skills and requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role such as Trainee Service Advisor, Customer Contact Executive.
• Strong customer service focus and professional appearance.

• 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday + Saturdays on a Rota.
