• Greet customers and accurately identify their vehicle servicing needs.
• Provide transparent communication regarding repair and service work.
• Upsell additional services and parts where appropriate.
• Liaise with the workshop team to coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handling customer enquiries.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the motor trade.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of automotive servicing procedures and parts.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Confirmed role details

• Basic salary of £26,000 per annum with potential earnings up to £32,000.
• Achievable bonus structure based on performance.
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Additional role context

• Normal working hours Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00.
• Work one in four Saturdays from 07:00 to noon, with time off in lieu provided.
