- Greet customers and accurately identify their vehicle servicing needs.
- Provide transparent communication regarding repair and service work.
- Upsell additional services and parts where appropriate.
- Liaise with the workshop team to coordinate repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handling customer enquiries.
Skills and requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the motor trade.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of automotive servicing procedures and parts.
- Valid UK driving licence.
Confirmed role details
- Basic salary of £26,000 per annum with potential earnings up to £32,000.
- Achievable bonus structure based on performance.
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Additional role context
- Normal working hours Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00.
