Service Advisor focuses on create job cards, checking for existing parts and service wips and campaigns.

What the role involves

  • Create job cards, checking for existing parts and service WIPs and campaigns.
  • Clarify for the customer and workshop the basis for repair.
  • Checking account detail and level of credit left, obtain authorisation and obtain order numbers from customers.
  • Inform customer of outstanding campaigns and arrange for work to be completed.
  • Ensure all MOT appointments are planned.
  • Meet and greet all customers on arrival in a professional and friendly manner.

Skills and requirements

  • Customer service, call centre, administration, CRM, or complaint-handling experience may be useful.

  • Rotating shift pattern Monday – Friday 07:00 – 16:00.
  • Salary starting from £26,000 PLUS EXCELLENT BENEFIT PACKAGE.
