Service Advisor focuses on create job cards, checking for existing parts and service wips and campaigns.
What the role involves
- Create job cards, checking for existing parts and service WIPs and campaigns.
- Clarify for the customer and workshop the basis for repair.
- Checking account detail and level of credit left, obtain authorisation and obtain order numbers from customers.
- Inform customer of outstanding campaigns and arrange for work to be completed.
- Ensure all MOT appointments are planned.
- Meet and greet all customers on arrival in a professional and friendly manner.
Skills and requirements
- Customer service, call centre, administration, CRM, or complaint-handling experience may be useful.
Confirmed role details
- Rotating shift pattern Monday – Friday 07:00 – 16:00.
- Salary starting from £26,000 PLUS EXCELLENT BENEFIT PACKAGE.
