What the role involves

  • Providing a proactive and attentive service to customers at all times.
  • Scheduling vehicles for service, maintenance, or repairs.
  • Liaising with customers to discuss work required and arrange courtesy vehicles if necessary.
  • Taking ownership of customer queries and resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Preparing and invoicing work completed, processing payments securely.
  • Working towards dealership targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Skills and requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Computer literate with strong organisational skills.
  • Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
  • Willing to put in the effort to succeed within a dynamic team environment.

Confirmed role details

  • Basic salary of up to £30k DOE, OTE up to £34k.
  • Competitive basic salary of up to £30,000.
  • OTE in excess of £34,000.
  • Monday to Friday working hours, with no weekends.
