Service Advisor focuses on providing a proactive and attentive service to customers at all times.
What the role involves
- Providing a proactive and attentive service to customers at all times.
- Scheduling vehicles for service, maintenance, or repairs.
- Liaising with customers to discuss work required and arrange courtesy vehicles if necessary.
- Taking ownership of customer queries and resolving any issues efficiently.
- Preparing and invoicing work completed, processing payments securely.
- Working towards dealership targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Skills and requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Computer literate with strong organisational skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
- Willing to put in the effort to succeed within a dynamic team environment.
Confirmed role details
- Basic salary of up to £30k DOE, OTE up to £34k.
- Competitive basic salary of up to £30,000.
- OTE in excess of £34,000.
- Monday to Friday working hours, with no weekends.
