Service Charge Accounts Administrator
Job description
The Service Charge Accounts Administrator position centres on annual holiday entitlement - 24 days, plus Bank Holidays. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

That means we oversee more than 8000 apartments, providing property services and customer care to over 10,000 retired people. Based in our stunning Head Office, you’ll support the team to ensure the successful completion of Service Charge accounts for multiple retirement developments across the UK.
What you would be doing
Annual holiday entitlement - 24 days, plus Bank Holidays. Managing the development budgets process in accordance with the Churchill Estates workflow. The hours of work are 9.00am to 5.30pm on Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Friday, with one hour for lunch.
