Main responsibilities

Profile, complex service charge accounts to complete year end accounts, service charge budgets and bank reconciliations in accordance with the Churchill Estates workflow. Assisting in complex query management and driving workflow. Supporting the Service Charge Accounts Manager with onboarding and offboarding of Lodges.
