Service Coordinator
Service Coordinator focuses on using ppm planner to create scheduled service visits for our own mobile engineers and sub-contractors to meet customer expectations and company objectives.
What the role involves
- Using PPM planner to create scheduled service visits for our own Mobile Engineers and sub-contractors to meet customer expectations and company objectives.
- Request RAMS for subcontractor visits.
- Appropriate notification of planned appointments to customers/clients as per maintenance schedule/contract requirements.
- Communication and issue of work orders to field based engineers either via our electronic job issue system or telephone as required.
- Liaise between customer and operations management to ensure smooth operational delivery.
- Managing tasks to ensure maintenance delivery within allotted budget and timescales.
Skills and requirements
- Our experts have extensive experience of advising and leading FM contracts and projects in both the public and private sectors and across industries.
- Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good working knowledge of computer packages.
- Excellent telephone skills and manner.
Confirmed role details
- This is a part-time, permanent position, working over three days, ideally a Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Salary depending on experience.
