This Service Delivery Manager opportunity is built around monitoring contracted and agreed Service Quality measures such as SLAs, KPIs or CSATs to evidence high quality of service delivery. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
Role overview
Headquartered in central London, with seven regional offices, the company has over 300 colleagues in an organisation centred around distinct portfolio offerings and a further centr. Azure customers in line with the scope of our support contract.
Main responsibilities
Monitoring contracted and agreed Service Quality measures such as SLAs, KPIs or CSATs to evidence high quality of service delivery. Identify and monitor service risks to identify potential issues before taking corrective action to remove or mitigate. Managing and monitor Customer-specific Continuous Service Improvement initiatives for designated Customers.

Requirements
- Preparing for and attend the Monthly Service Reviews, capturing actions and items relevant to Service Delivery.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows applications and the MS O365 Suite.
- ITIL V3/V4 foundation certification (Intermediate or higher desirable).
