What the role involves
- Organise your daily and weekly work schedule to ensure timely and efficient Fibre installations and repairs, aligning with client expectations and business goals.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service by ensuring all interactions with residents, clients, and third-party stakeholders are professional and solution focused.
- Expertly perform full Fibre installations, including surveying, testing, and troubleshooting, ensuring adherence to quality and industry standards.
- Provide risk assessments, ensuring full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Conduct site inspections to assess installation feasibility, evaluate infrastructure conditions.
- Consistently meet Circet’s safety standards, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks in the field.
Skills and requirements
- Physically capable of demanding work, including climbing (up to 15m), underground tasks, and heavy lifting in all weather.
- Full clean UK manual driving licence.
- Basic DBS check.
- Full training provided for the right candidate.
