What the role involves

• Design artefacts, using standard methods, tools, and templates, and presenting findings in forums such as Show and Tell sessions.
• Supporting Delivery Managers in executing activities in line with agreed plans, escalating risks and issues when necessary, and contributing robust estimates for technical work.
• Maintaining up-to-date practitioner skills through training and accreditation, including domain-relevant certifications.

Skills and requirements

• User-Centred Design (UCD): Experience designing and delivering user-centred solutions in complex service environments.
• Research & Analysis: Skilled at undertaking research and analysis to inform design decisions.
