This Service Desk Operator role is focused on our Service Desk support team work on a 4-week shift rota, and some of your shifts may be from 10pm to 6am. It would suit someone who can bring clear communication, patience, and reliable follow-through to the role.

Our Service Desk support team work on a 4-week shift rota, and some of your shifts may be from 10pm to 6am. Need to be over 18 years old to be a Service Desk Operator, as you’ll need to qualify for an Security Industry Authority (SIA) licence.
