What the role involves
- Provide high‑quality technical support, maintenance, and service for automated logistics equipment across operational sites, ensuring smooth and reliable performance.
- Work closely with operations, workshop, and supplier teams to support assets throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Resolve tickets within the machinery support ticketing system, keeping issues moving and stakeholders informed.
- Provide both on‑site and remote support to operations teams, maximising equipment availability and performance.
- Assisting with diagnosing and resolving electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control‑system‑related issues across a variety of automated equipment.
- Minimum of an HND (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
Skills and requirements
- Required for multi‑site travel.
- 33 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days.
- Discretionary bonus based on performance.
