Skills and requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.
• Demonstrable experience supporting people with learning disabilities in an enabling environment.
• Strong understanding of, and commitment to, Person‑Centred Care.
• Knowledge of the needs of people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs or complex care.

Confirmed role details

• Is typically 80% on shift and 20% off shift completing administrative duties.
• Due to service needs, you may occasionally work 100% on shift.

Additional role context

• Support a cluster of services, including two supported living services and a small outreach service, in the Manager’s absence.
• Support the day‑to‑day running of services to ensure agreed levels of support are delivered.
• Provide supervision and guidance to staff teams.
