Skills and requirements
- Strong background in agricultural machinery (tractors, combines, and other farm equipment).
- Previous management or supervisory experience.
- Proven ability to lead.
- Solid understanding of KPIs, profit & loss, and warranty systems.
Confirmed role details
- 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Additional hours during peak seasons.
