  • Overseeing daily operations of the Service Department.
  • Leading, mentor, and motivate a team of technicians.
  • Managing customer relationships professionally and effectively.
  • Monitoring performance against KPIs and financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty processes.

Skills and requirements

  • Strong background in agricultural machinery (tractors, combines, and other farm equipment).
  • Previous management or supervisory experience.
  • Proven ability to lead.
  • Solid understanding of KPIs, profit & loss, and warranty systems.

Confirmed role details

  • 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Additional hours during peak seasons.
