What the role involves
- Provide strong strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the Via Redbridge Adult Drug and Alcohol service.
- Develop relationships with the London Borough of Redbridge commissioners and key stakeholders.
- Driving performance, quality assurance, and compliance across the service, including CQC requirements.
- Support your management team and wider workforce.
- Champion service user involvement, trauma-informed practice, and recovery-oriented approaches.
- Contribute to service development and strategic planning at a local and organisational level.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant leadership, project, operations, people-management, or stakeholder experience is useful.

- £43,606.00 - £51,867.00 including London Weighting where applicable.
- Vacancy type: permanent.
- 9-5 Mon-Fri, with some late clinic in rotation with other colleagues.
