Service Manager

Management responsibilities

- Leading on inspections, audits, and quality assurance processes.
- Ensure incidents, complaints, accidents, and safeguarding concerns are appropriately managed and reported.
Leadership skills and experience
- ERegister with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as the Registered Manager where required.
- SLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (Adult Residential Management) or willingness to achieve within required timescal.
- Registered Manager experience or substantial leadership experience within health and social care.
