Develop skills and move towards independence. Working in strategic partnership with the Foyer Federation, Preston Foyer is shaped by Advantaged Thinking, focusing on young people’s strengths, talents and potential.

Drive quality, performance and innovation across the service, ensuring young people receive high-quality, person-centred support. Provide strong, visible leadership. Leading and inspire a multidisciplinary team across two sites.
