Technical requirements
- A recognised academic qualifications . GCSEs, A Levels, Vocational Qualifications, Professional/Further Education Qualifications in a relevant area, NVQ 2 in Business Administratio.
- Good written and oral communication skills and can demonstrate experience providing excellent customer care skills.
- Have demonstrated full understanding of the need to maintain confidentiality and have experience working with sensitive information.

Practical details
- £26,832 - £28,146 per annum (pro rata for part-time) (Pay award pending).
- County Hall, Glenfield, Leicestershire, LE3 8RA.
