SERVICE SUPPORT OFFICER
Service Support Officer focuses on the post-holder will be actively involved in providing day to day administrative support.

- The post-holder will be actively involved in providing day to day administrative support.
- The post-holder needs to be able to maintain confidentiality.
Skills and requirements
- Excellent organisational skills are required and an ability to work under pressure and deal with conflicting demands whilst meeting deadlines.
- You must possess good interpersonal and communication skills, have experience of working in a busy environment and have an understanding of project management processes.
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification, skills and experience is essential, you must have excellent IT experience, the role can be emotionally demanding.

- Fixed Term for 12 months due to funding.
- Arranging and attending meetings and engagement sessions, minute taking, action tracking and updating and maintaining Family First Partnership Programme information.
