Service Technician III

Service Technician III focuses on complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner.

What the role involves

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
• Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.
• Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Handling other general maintenance tickets as assigned.

Skills and requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Have at least 3 years' experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills.
• Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal).
• Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
