Service Technician
Service Technician focuses on to attend the customer’s site to perform breakdown repairs on all compressed air generating equipment.
What the role involves
- To attend the customer’s site to perform breakdown repairs on all compressed air generating equipment.
- Maintaining verbal and written communications with customers and others as seen necessary in a professional manner.
- Liaise with the technical or office-based personnel to achieve a clear understanding of specific job requirements as necessary.
- Liaise with customers to ensure that any work is done with their approval.
- Operate in accordance with company EHS guidelines.
Skills and requirements
- Minimum HNC level in an Electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation or Electromechanical discipline.
- Proven diagnostic skills on complicated electrical/mechanical systems.
- Must be willing to travel extensively in north west England region with overnight stays as required.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the compressed air industry.
