What the role involves

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of high‑quality, competitive service tenders across our UK Chronic Care business.
• Drive the full tender lifecycle for Chronic Care service opportunities, ensuring submissions are compelling, compliant and aligned to NHS evaluation criteria.
• Manage timelines and governance, and continuously elevate the quality and consistency of our tender responses.
• Acting as the subject‑matter expert in tender strategy, bid writing and win themes, you will coordinate cross‑functional inputs from commercial, clinical.

Skills and requirements

• We are seeking a highly organised, analytical and persuasive professional with proven experience in winning NHS tenders.
• Strong written communication skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of NHS procurement processes, evaluation scoring and public sector frameworks.
