What the role involves
- Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform including instance management, access control, and instance health monitoring.
- Maintaining platform configurations, including workflows, forms, UI policies, and business rules.
- Contribute to stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and service improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and Architects to deliver platform enhancements.
- Resolve platform issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency within ITSM and platform processes.
