ServiceNOW Principal Solution Architect focuses on leading the technical delivery of projects based on the service.

What the role involves

• Leading the technical delivery of projects based on the Service.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior architects and offshore/onshore development teams.
• Delivering compelling solution demonstrations across the Service.
• Deliver technical integrations between Service.
• Assisting development teams in resolving complex technical issues through all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Build constructive, working relationships with DXC’s global network of Service.

Skills and requirements

• A proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on the Service.
• Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 1 product suite.
• Certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4).
• Experience with delivering solutions in complex client environments.
