ServiceNow Solution Architect focuses on leading the design and architecture of enterprise servicenow solutions.

What the role involves

• Leading the design and architecture of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Supporting pre-sales activities including workshops, solution demonstrations, proposals, and client presentations.
• Working closely with clients to understand business challenges and define transformation strategies.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
• Overseeing ServiceNow implementation programmes from discovery through to delivery.

Skills and requirements

• Extensive experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Senior Technical Consultant.
• Strong pre-sales and client-facing consulting experience.
• Additional experience across ITSM, ITOM, or Employee Experience workflows highly beneficial.
