Technical Surveyor: Topographical & Setting Out Salary: [[SALARY_0]] per annum (DOE). Experience: Minimum 2 years’ specialist experience in civil engineering surveying ideally dealing with earthworks and steel frame construction.

Surveying Excellence: Lead setting out and surveying operations for complex civils sites, ensuring 100% accuracy in alignment with construction drawings. Earthworks & Machine Control: Expertly manage the initial setup, calibration, and continuous monitoring of 3D Machine Control systems to ensure precision grading and earthworks exe. Compliance & QA: Maintain rigorous site QA documentation and procedures to ensure project integrity and safety.
