Where someone would start

Advising on and assisting with the implementation of corporate reorganisations such as capital reduction and s110 demergers. Contributing to tax due diligence projects, working closely with the corporate finance team and the employment tax and VAT teams. Leading on and collaborate with a diverse range of clients, including startups, growing entrepreneurial businesses, private family capital, large international groups, and investment.
