As a Shift Manager, the work centres on ensure all driver’s scan and load their vans for delivery in a safe, timely and efficient manner. It would suit someone who can bring dependable and self-motivated working style to the role.

Where the work sits

Ensuring adequate resources are available to guarantee any ad-hoc collections are picked up either via your pool of drivers or by using couriers/agencies. Ensuring all other delivery & collection routes are properly set.

How the role works day to day

Ensure all driver’s scan and load their vans for delivery in a safe, timely and efficient manner. Ensure depot target for Core Routes is achieved. Complete shift-by-shift driving or delivery work reliably.
