What the role involves

• You understand the basics of running a profitable shift, managing crew breaks, minimising food waste, and deploying the team effectively during the rush.
• Leadership Skills: You are a natural motivator who enjoys being hands-on.
• You lead by example and know how to get the best out of the Crew during a busy service.
• Operational Excellence: You have a good working knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards and know how to enforce them on the line.
• Flexibility: You are available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
