This is a shift-based role (24x7 operation, 12-hour shifts) rotating across all shifts. Summary Lumentum are currently recruiting for one Shift Process Engineers to be based in Caswell, Northamptonshire, UK.

Where someone would start

Provide written handover of issues at end of shift. Be the first point of contact for all wafer fab process related issues. Responsible for reviewing and resolving process related issues, assisting in smooth running of the fab.

What is expected

• Familiarity with 6sigma and similar methodologies would be an advantage.
• Experience of computer-controlled semiconductor processing equipment would be an advantage.
• An HNC or Degree in a science or engineering discipline or related experience at technician or senior operator level.
