Role overview

Maintain accurate records using CAFM / digital maintenance systems. Maintain clear and effective shift handovers and communication.

Main responsibilities

Carry out reactive maintenance and fault finding. Maintaining electrical and mechanical plant reliability. Diagnose faults and implement effective repairs.

Requirements

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) or mechanical equivalent.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC).

Job details

• 12-hour rotating shift pattern (days & nights).
• Site-based role in a modern workplace environment.
• Additional detail: Training or development support may be provided.
