• Overseeing the day-to-day technical operations of assigned vessels, ensuring safe and compliant performance.
• Manage maintenance plans, ship repairs, and replacement equipment procurement.
• Leading dry-dock preparation and execution, managing related projects within budget.
• Manage vessel OPEX budgets, with particular focus on R&M, consumables, and hotel technical spend.
• Conduct regular vessel performance reviews and calls, identifying areas for improvement and setting joint action plans.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
