What the role involves

• Oversee all Build, Commissioning, and Quality Control activities within the Core Delivery Stream.
• Driving productivity improvements and foster a strong safety and quality culture across the Type 31 Programme.
• Managing the Delivery organisation to ensure alignment with schedules, milestones, and programme priorities.
• Build strong relationships with internal engineering, planning, quality and production teams to enable seamless project delivery.
• Proven leadership capability, managing multi‑discipline teams and subcontractors.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
