Job description
As a Support Worker in London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, the work centres on we seek to continually improve and put our residents, customers and businesses at the heart of everything we do. It would suit someone who can bring patience, clear communication, and respectful care standards to the role.
Why this role may suit you
We provide after school sessions, weekend Short Breaks and Holiday Provision for children and young people aged 8-18 with a range of needs. We run Play and Stays for children with additional needs aged 0-8.
