Site Agent
Project Manager focuses on contract health & safety plan.
What the role involves
- Contract Health & Safety Plan.
- Delivering projects safely, to programme, and within budget.
- Work collaboratively with site teams and commercial staff to manage project costs and performance.
- Monitoring progress and take corrective action to maintain delivery objectives.
- Manage changes to the contract.
- Supporting possession‑based working (weekends and nights) where required, in line with North Wales project demands such as the Sandy Lane and Pen Uchaf footbridge schemes.
Skills and requirements
- To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Site Agent, or be a strong Sub Agent ready to step up within a rail‑focused civil engineering environment.
- Degree, HNC, or HND in Civil Engineering.
- Previous experience delivering rail‑based civils projects (bridges, structures, stations, embankments, etc.).
- Full UK driving licence.
