Project Manager focuses on contract health & safety plan.

What the role involves

  • Contract Health & Safety Plan.
  • Delivering projects safely, to programme, and within budget.
  • Work collaboratively with site teams and commercial staff to manage project costs and performance.
  • Monitoring progress and take corrective action to maintain delivery objectives.
  • Manage changes to the contract.
  • Supporting possession‑based working (weekends and nights) where required, in line with North Wales project demands such as the Sandy Lane and Pen Uchaf footbridge schemes.

Skills and requirements

  • To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Site Agent, or be a strong Sub Agent ready to step up within a rail‑focused civil engineering environment.
  • Degree, HNC, or HND in Civil Engineering.
  • Previous experience delivering rail‑based civils projects (bridges, structures, stations, embankments, etc.).
  • Full UK driving licence.
