Site Agent focuses on managing day-to-day site operations on a highways project.

What the role involves

• Managing day-to-day site operations on a highways project.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinating subcontractors, site teams, and stakeholders.
• Maintaining programme performance and quality standards.
• Producing and reviewing RAMS, ITPs, and site documentation.
• Liaising with the client, engineers, and project management team.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience working as a Site Agent on highways or civil engineering schemes.
• Strong knowledge of highways specifications and standards.
• SMSTS certification.
• CSCS card (Black or Gold preferred).
